3 axes for absolute flexibility
The machining center enables the bidimensional cutting of plates, from polycarbonate - a widespread material in the sign sector - to aluminium, titanium and carbon fibre - which are widespread materials in the aeronautical sector. The 8 Kw electrospindle enables drilling and tapping operations, as well as 3-axis machining of models and moulds. The CNC-controlled suction hood ensures the perfect cleanliness of the work surface during machining of resin and composite workpieces. The aluminium or rexilon work surface is equipped with a vacuum grid, which enables the perfect clamping of the plates.

CNC-controlled suction hood for the suction of fine dusts and 6 station star tool changer.
The aluminium work surface is equipped with suction grid, which enables both the mechanical clamping of moulds and models and the vacuum locking of plates.
For machining polycarbonate it is possible to use a rexilon worh surface.
