TOOL CHANGE
Tool change is made up of one 30-position carousel placed outside the working area, in this way operator can manage the tool changing without stopping the machining. Carousel is protected against dust and scraps because it enters inside the working area only to change the tool.
OPERATING UNITS
The wide choice of 5-axis heads, electrospindles and tool magazines enables the machining center to be manufactured according to the Customer's real productive needs.
AUTOMATIC TRACING SYSTEM
It is a system that automatically detects the position of the workpiece and the template and enables (to a certain extent) self-centering the cutting program while taking possible workpiece warps into account.
WORKPIECE CLAMPING JIGS
The 30-year-old experience gained in the market by the company enables it to supply soft packages and special turn-key workpiece clamping jigs for hi-tech sectors, such as the automotive, aerospace, health and plastic sectors.
