Es ist n\u00e4mlich alleiniger Lieferant von Fahrzeugen f\u00fcr die Meisterschaften IndyCar, IndyLights, GP2, GP3, Formula V8 3.5 und Super Formula, sowie strategischer Partner bedeutender Marken wie Alfa Romeo, Audi, Bugatti, Ferrari, Lamborghini und Maserati.<\/p>\n<p>In diesem Video, entnommen aus der Dokumentation <strong>\u201eLords of Carbon\u201c, beschreibt Andrea Pontremoli, CEO von Dallara Automobili <\/strong>seit 2007, die Erfahrung des Unternehmens im Prozess des Carbonfr\u00e4sens, dank des Einsatzes des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.belotti.com\/de\/frasmaschinen\/cnc-maschine-mdl-serie\/\">CNC-Bearbeitungszentrums mit 5 Achsen<\/a> und hoher Geschwindigkeit der Belotti-Serie MDL.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/SNWjp95K7Xk\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Eines der Entwicklungsziele des <strong>Dallara Stradale<\/strong> war es, ein Fahrzeug zu schaffen, das die <strong>Leistung eines Rennwagens auf die Stra\u00dfe bringt<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Um dieses ehrgeizige Ziel zu erreichen, war es notwendig, technologisch fortschrittliche Maschinen zu identifizieren, die es erm\u00f6glichen, Carbonfasern mit komplexen Formen wie der Monocoque \u2013 dem Herzst\u00fcck des Fahrzeugs \u2013 zu bearbeiten und dabei drei wesentliche Anforderungen zu erf\u00fcllen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sicherheit<\/strong>: Systeme zur Absaugung und Handhabung der Carbonfasern, notwendig f\u00fcr deren Bearbeitung;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e4zision<\/strong>: die Toleranzen f\u00fcr diese Art von Bearbeitung sind minimal;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vielseitigkeit<\/strong>: die F\u00e4higkeit, Werkzeuge sehr einfach und schnell zu wechseln, was den Bedienern erlaubt, den Maschinenzyklus erheblich zu verk\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dank des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.belotti.com\/de\/frasmaschinen\/cnc-maschine-mdl-serie\/\">Belotti MDL<\/a>-Bearbeitungszentrums war es m\u00f6glich, <strong>die Bearbeitungszeiten des Fahrzeugs um etwa 40 % zu reduzieren<\/strong>.
