Description

The MDL Series is an advanced high-speed 5-axis CNC machining center that ensures maximum productivity in milling models and prototypes and finishing large-scale moulds and aluminium/composite parts for the aerospace industry.
The adoption of 5-axis heads equipped with torque motors, optical lines on linear axes and structures with very high rigidity enhance the precision characteristics and finishing quality of the machining.
The options available to ensure optimal cleaning conditions and safety of the working environment include:

  • total enclosures
  • vision cameras in the spindle housing for checking the work cycle and monitoring unattended machining
  • suction system with motorized hood
  • lubricating-coolant system with chip evacuator
