{"id":27775,"date":"2023-05-10T14:38:11","date_gmt":"2023-05-10T12:38:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.belotti.com\/a-new-bead-configuration-extends-the-range-of-the-hybrid-machines\/"},"modified":"2026-01-21T12:38:51","modified_gmt":"2026-01-21T11:38:51","slug":"a-new-bead-configuration-extends-the-range-of-the-hybrid-machines","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.belotti.com\/fr\/a-new-bead-configuration-extends-the-range-of-the-hybrid-machines\/","title":{"rendered":"BEAD : une nouvelle configuration pour \u00e9largir la gamme de centres d\u2019usinage hybrides pour impression 3D et fraisage"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Le<strong> centre d\u2019usinage hybride Belotti BEAD pour l\u2019impression 3D <\/strong>(fabrication additive grand format)<strong> et le fraisage CNC <\/strong>est le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019un partenariat strat\u00e9gique entre Belotti SpA et l\u2019entreprise CEAD, initi\u00e9 en 2020 avec l\u2019objectif d\u2019int\u00e9grer les comp\u00e9tences de la fabrication additive et soustractive sur mat\u00e9riaux thermoplastiques dans une solution technologique unique.<\/h3>\n<p><strong>La technologie BEAD exploite le meilleur des deux processus,<\/strong> combinant dans un seul syst\u00e8me la rapidit\u00e9 et le potentiel cr\u00e9atif de l\u2019impression 3D avec la pr\u00e9cision et la fiabilit\u00e9 d\u2019un centre d\u2019usinage \u00e0 commande num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration d\u2019une extrudeuse CEAD<\/strong> pour la fabrication additive (de dimensions et capacit\u00e9s variables) <strong>dans un centre d\u2019usinage CNC 5 axes Belotti<\/strong>, BEAD permet la production de pi\u00e8ces suffisamment surdimensionn\u00e9es pour \u00eatre ensuite finies aux tol\u00e9rances requises, avec des temps et une consommation de mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re inf\u00e9rieurs aux m\u00e9thodes traditionnelles.<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs centres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9s chez des <strong>clients en Europe<\/strong>, soit comme <strong>nouvelles installations<\/strong>, soit comme solutions de <strong>r\u00e9trofit<\/strong> sur des centres CNC Belotti d\u00e9j\u00e0 en service, tandis que de <strong>nouvelles applications et projets pilotes<\/strong> sont constamment test\u00e9s dans le showroom de Suisio (si\u00e8ge), o\u00f9 la technologie BEAD est op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ii_tTYgKQWo\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La nouvelle configuration<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>LE CENTRE D\u2019USINAGE HYBRIDE \u201cBEAD\u201d \u00c9QUIP\u00c9 DE LA NOUVELLE EXTRUDEUSE S25<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BEAD est une solution r\u00e9alisable dans de nombreuses configurations, avec diff\u00e9rentes dimensions de zones de travail, d\u00e9bits d\u2019extrusion et orientations d\u2019impression.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dans sa derni\u00e8re configuration technique, BEAD a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e lors du salon JEC World 2023 \u00e0 travers des d\u00e9monstrations quotidiennes en direct<\/strong>, mettant en \u00e9vidence ses caract\u00e9ristiques et ses potentialit\u00e9s applicatives.<\/p>\n<p>Le nouveau mod\u00e8le BEAD r\u00e9sulte de l\u2019int\u00e9gration de l\u2019extrudeuse S25, dernier n\u00e9e de CEAD, dans un centre d\u2019usinage CNC Belotti FLU 2617. Les diff\u00e9rents mod\u00e8les pr\u00e9sentent des dimensions et orientations d\u2019impression vari\u00e9es. Une des caract\u00e9ristiques principales est <strong>l\u2019orientation \u00e0 45 degr\u00e9s<\/strong>, qui permet d\u2019imprimer des formes compl\u00e8tement ferm\u00e9es sans supports pour contre-d\u00e9pouilles, r\u00e9duisant ainsi les temps d\u2019impression et am\u00e9liorant l\u2019adh\u00e9sion entre les couches, tout en modulant les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques et thermiques du mat\u00e9riau selon les besoins.<\/p>\n<p>Des buses de diff\u00e9rentes tailles et conceptions sont disponibles pour varier la dimension des couches d\u2019impression. La temp\u00e9rature d\u2019extrusion atteint jusqu\u2019\u00e0 400 \u00b0C, permettant d\u2019usiner une large gamme de mat\u00e9riaux.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>MATERIAUX<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>La technologie hybride BEAD peut imprimer presque tous les mat\u00e9riaux thermoplastiques renforc\u00e9s de fibres<\/strong>, en exploitant les cinq axes du centre d\u2019usinage et en imprimant sous diff\u00e9rentes inclinaisons pour optimiser les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques et thermiques des pi\u00e8ces produites.<\/p>\n<p>BEAD utilise des <strong>composites en granul\u00e9s constitu\u00e9s d\u2019une matrice polym\u00e8re thermoplastique et de diverses fibres comme renfort<\/strong>, allant du verre aux fibres de carbone et naturelles.<\/p>\n<p>Les polym\u00e8res utilisables vont des plastiques de base (PP, PETG) aux polym\u00e8res haute performance (PESU, PEEK).
