Belotti has initiated a collaboration with M.C.N. Service S.r.l., owned by Roberto Da Re, to strengthen after‑sales services in the Triveneto region.
The second half of the year for Belotti S.p.A. is marked by several important developments. Alongside the opening of a new local unit in Modena, in the heart of the Motor Valley, the company is also reinforcing its presence in the territory to better support its customers.
The after‑sales service for Belotti CNC machining centers aims to reduce machine downtime and contain maintenance costs through:
- specific preventive maintenance activities
- fast delivery of spare parts
- prompt intervention in case of breakdowns
The current service network—made up of specialized Belotti Service technicians, five Direct Service Centers, and an equal number of Service Partner Centers—has been expanded thanks to a new collaboration agreement with M.C.N. S.r.l., led by Roberto Da Re, a company with proven experience and expertise in servicing Belotti machining centers.
In Italy, Belotti’s quality is ensured through a strong territorial presence supported by direct personnel, commercial representatives, and service centers. With this new agreement, M.C.N. S.r.l. becomes an official Belotti Service Partner Center, tasked with providing technical consulting and timely after‑sales services throughout the Triveneto area (Veneto, Trentino, and Friuli Venezia Giulia).
“The collaboration between Belotti S.p.A. and M.C.N. Service S.r.l. will bring significant benefits to our customers, particularly in the Veneto region—where the company will act as exclusive Service Partner—and in neighboring regions such as Trentino Alto Adige and Friuli Venezia Giulia,” explains Luca Chiesa, After Sales Operation Manager at Belotti S.p.A.
“This partnership will reduce response times in case of intervention, offering high‑quality service thanks to Roberto Da Re’s years of experience with Belotti machining centers. Through the collaboration with M.C.N. Service S.r.l., Belotti’s After Sales division will be able to address not only mechanical or electrical needs on machining centers, but also provide programming consulting on major CNC controls, thanks to the know‑how that M.C.N. Service S.r.l. brings. Furthermore, its strong connection with the Veneto region will allow Belotti to gather valuable feedback and insights for the continuous improvement of product and service quality,” concludes Luca Chiesa.
“I am pleased and honored to resume direct collaboration with Belotti, strengthened by a long‑standing relationship that is now being renewed with the spirit and awareness needed to face the modern challenges of customer service,” states Roberto Da Re.
This collaboration represents a concrete response that Belotti offers to its customers in Northeast Italy, providing them with a reliable local reference point, ready to assist promptly in case of machine downtime or for preventive maintenance throughout the entire lifecycle of the CNC machining center.
A strategic partnership aimed at achieving clear and precise objectives: safeguarding customer productivity and competitiveness, and maintaining a long‑term positive relationship.
