Has your company purchased a Belotti machining center through the tax credit of the National Industry 4.0 Plan? To continue benefiting from the tax advantages obtained, it is important to ensure compliance with the 4.0 requirements for the three years of the tax credit duration, keeping the evidence for the following five years.

The Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate) has established that companies are required to prove, during possible inspections, that the assets have maintained the 4.0 requirements for the entire period in which the tax benefits were enjoyed. In particular, ministerial circular no. 9/E of July 23, 2021 clarified that, for future inspections, it will be “the responsibility of the beneficiary company to provide documentation, also through adequate and systematic reporting, that certifies the maintenance, during the entire period of enjoyment of the benefits, of the required specifications and requirements.”
