An atmosphere of great participation characterized the second Belotti Tech Day, held on Tuesday, November 4 at the Innovation HUB in Modena.
The event, dedicated to the exclusive presentation of the “New Belotti technologies for the processing of carbon fiber components,” brought together a qualified audience of professionals and representatives from Italian and international companies active in the aerospace, automotive, and motorsport sectors. The participation of experts also from the marine industry and from the patterns and model-making sectors confirms the widespread attention to innovation which, both in terms of materials and technologies, involves different industries united by the will and the need to evolve and remain competitive in a constantly changing market.
Right from the start of the day, the interest of the participants demonstrated how innovation in milling, countersinking, and riveting processes is today a central theme for those involved in machining and assembling carbon fiber components.
New Belotti technologies: exclusive presentations and live demonstrations
The program, structured around technical presentations, live demos, and networking moments, was designed to showcase two new Belotti technologies, developed to provide the market with solutions that redefine and automate production processes:
- Belotti ARC – Automatic Riveting Cell, the innovative robotic cell designed for the rapid and automated application of the entire range of time-sert inserts and rivets of different diameters on frames and composite material components.
- Belotti DynaSink – Adaptive Countersink Technology, the new technology for controlled countersinking operations, designed to meet the needs of the aerospace sector.
During the live demos, participants were able to closely observe the effectiveness of Belotti solutions in handling complex machining operations with high precision, repeatability, and automation.
Adding further value to the day were two exceptional keynote speakers: Davide Seletti, CEO & General Manager of Dallara Compositi, and Michele Frisoli, CEO of Manta Group , who shared valuable perspectives on the importance of technological innovation and the transformation of production models in high tech industries. Their opening speeches set the stage for the subsequent presentations by Loris Valsecchi (Belotti Sales Director), Massimiliano Carrara (Belotti Software & Automation Manager), Michele Viscardi (CEO of Cosberg), Sergio Ferrero (Sales Area Manager), and Roberto Giovara (Sales Area Trimming & Laser) from Tebis Italia.
An ecosystem of shared Innovation
The numerous and qualified participation in this second edition confirms the validity of the Tech Day format as a moment of dialogue between companies, partners, and professionals who share objectives, challenges, and strategies.
In addition to promoting the development and adoption of advanced solutions, this event represented a valuable opportunity to encourage the exchange of knowledge, best practices, and strategic visions among companies, forming the basis of the collaborative innovation that has always distinguished Belotti’s approach.
