Belotti America, Inc. is the Group’s new branch, created to shape the future of the Made‑in‑Italy brand in a strategic market such as the United States.

Belotti SpA, the Italian manufacturer of CNC machine tools, announces the opening of Belotti America, Inc., which will be headquartered near the DFW Airport in Irving, Texas (USA). Following the successful launch of Belotti Deutschland and the celebration of its 40th anniversary in the design and production of 3‑ and 5‑axis CNC centers, Belotti is opening its new branch with the aim of strengthening its presence in the territory while supporting and expanding its customer base in North America. Belotti America also represents the natural evolution of the Group’s strategy in key markets, meaning the progressive development of a direct presence alongside the existing widespread network of local representatives.

“Our new location is strategically positioned to serve all our North American customers and prospects,” explains Loris Valsecchi, Sales Director of Belotti SpA, “and the proximity to DFW Airport—one of the busiest in the world—will allow us to efficiently support our customers with spare parts and service needs.” As the American headquarters for Belotti Customer Service, Spare Parts, Sales, and Administration, the facility is responsible for developing sales, services, and installation support in this market and will include a showroom for demonstrations and training sessions for customers, the sales force, and field service technicians. “We have high expectations for the American market, especially in the aerospace sector, where we already have a strong track record,” continues Valsecchi. “Through our direct presence, we aim to become a reliable and capable supplier of complete systems for advanced material processing, offering not only milling machines but also the full portfolio of our solutions dedicated to aeronautical applications.”

Most of the machines built by Belotti today are medium‑ and large‑sized 5‑axis machining centers used for milling, cutting, and drilling composite materials, resins for patterns and molds, aluminum and light alloys, plastics, and panels for tooling and equipment. The range also includes medium‑ and large‑sized 3‑axis machining centers, often equipped with linear glass scales to further enhance long‑term performance. Some of these 3‑ and 5‑axis centers are used for machining aluminum and technical plastic sheets for the packaging, aerospace, and transportation industries, as well as other sectors related to precision mechanics and measurement instruments.

“Reliability has been a cornerstone of Belotti’s philosophy since day one,” states Todd Hammer, President and CEO of the newly established branch. “It is a philosophy that goes against the trend of designing and building highly accurate machine tools capable of excellent surface finishing, but not necessarily able to maintain such performance over time,” Hammer adds. “Therefore, when we design our machines, we include specific components and accessories—such as pressurized bellows or chip and dust extraction and collection systems—to deliver the best of both worlds: performance and durability.”

Backed by the Group’s 40‑year history, Belotti America opens its doors with a strong position already established in the aerospace, automotive, marine, and railway sectors. Thanks to previous relationships with distributors in Canada, Mexico, and the United States, the company already boasts a significant number of installations at major customers in these markets, where it plans to expand further. The new branch will therefore follow the path already taken by Belotti SpA, with the ultimate goal of helping both existing and new customers increase their productivity and profitability. “Our founder, Luciano Belotti, constantly reminded us that we must anticipate the trends of the industries we serve rather than follow them,” says Bruno Mazzoleni, Product Sales Manager, further explaining that “This has proven to be a win‑win philosophy, for us and for our customers.”
