In the new September issue, Tecnologie Meccaniche magazine once again highlights the integrated solution developed by Belotti and Tebis for the optimization of manufacturing processes in the marine industry.
To ensure compliance with the dimensional and geometric tolerances required by leading manufacturers of yachts and marine components made of composite materials and fiberglass, Belotti collaborated with Tebis Italia to develop an advanced CAD/CAM platform designed to manage component deformation during machining through the automatic adaptation of toolpaths to the actual shape of the workpiece.
The result is a more precise, efficient, and automated machining process that simplifies milling operations and reduces the need for manual intervention.
