The Macchine Utensili magazine features an in-depth article on the collaboration between Belotti and Tebis, focused on the integration of digital programming, CNC machining, and dimensional control for the production of composite marine components.
Thanks to a continuous digital workflow, Belotti’s 5-axis machining centers leverage software functionalities developed in collaboration with Tebis to detect deformations in machined components and automatically adapt toolpaths to the actual geometry of the part, reducing manual intervention and rework.
The result is a concrete technological innovation that enables manufacturers to optimize the production of composite components with complex geometries through the interaction between CAD programming and precision mechanical engineering.
