This year we once again had the pleasure of taking part in the PMI Day, the National Day of Small and Medium Enterprises organized by Confindustria Bergamo – Comitato Piccola Industria, now in its 16th edition.
Belotti has long supported this initiative, created with the aim of bringing middle school students closer to the world of work and local industrial realities, accompanying them in a phase of life that is as important as it is delicate, during which they are called upon to choose which path to take.
Whether it is a technical-vocational track or a high school program, the choice of study path invites young people to reflect on their aspirations and passions with courage and responsibility. With this in mind, we welcomed the students of class 3^E from the “Rita Levi Montalcini” Comprehensive Institute in Suisio, introducing them to the world of Belotti CNC machining centers.
The morning unfolded through various activities: presentations, interactive quizzes, and testimonies from our colleagues engaged the students, who participated enthusiastically, experiencing firsthand some company roles to understand their responsibilities and tasks. The program concluded with a tour between offices and production departments, giving them the opportunity to get to know our company up close.
