The security and reliability of our machining centers and industrial control systems (PLC/HMI) are top priorities for our company.
In compliance with EU Regulation 2024/2847 (Cyber Resilience Act), we have established a structured process for receiving and handling reports of potential vulnerabilities or cybersecurity incidents related to our products.
How to submit a report
If you have identified a potential vulnerability or a cybersecurity incident involving a Belotti technology, we encourage you to report it promptly.

Our Response Policy (SLA – Service Level Agreement)

Acknowledgement of receipt: within 24 business hours, we will send a confirmation that your report has been received and assigned.

Technical assessment: our team will analyze the report within 5 business days, keeping you informed of its progress.

Resolution: we are committed to developing and releasing security patches or mitigation measures as quickly as possible to protect all our users.
We kindly request your cooperation in following a coordinated vulnerability disclosure policy, avoiding the disclosure of vulnerability details before a corrective solution is available.
